Patient Care Representative
Care One Home Medical, a reputable, customer service oriented medical equipment provider, seeks an outside Patient Care Representative to join its growing team.
The primary function of this key role is to educate our patient base on the safe and proper use of our medical equipment. In addition, this representative delivers the equipment, performs periodic diagnostic checks and addresses the questions and concerns of the patient.
The position requires excellent communication skills and a patient nature. Candidate must also be able to do some periodic heavy lifting that could be as much as 50 to 60lbs. We are willing to train an individual who is polite, reliable, and would enjoy working with the elderly. Driving record must be clean for the past 3 years (our vehicle) and a successful completion of a background check is required. Must have good knowledge of the five bouroughs.
The position is full time and offers a great working environment. Starting salary is $30,000 + incentives and health insurance package.
